    • Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials provided

    • Upfront deposits may be required to initiate projects
    • Milestone-based payments for larger projects
    • Monthly retainers for ongoing services
    • Late payment may result in project suspension or termination

    5. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to deliverables specifically created for their project, as outlined in the project agreement. Erpixo retains rights to:

    • Pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and tools
    • General methodologies and processes
    • The right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)

    6. Project Timelines

    Project timelines are estimates based on the information available at project initiation. Actual timelines may vary due to:

    • Scope changes or additional requirements
    • Delays in client feedback or material provision
    • Technical complexities or third-party dependencies
    • Force majeure events

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erpixo's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
    • Data loss or corruption
    • Third-party claims or issues
    • Issues arising from client-provided materials or information

    8. Warranties and Disclaimers

    We provide services using reasonable care and skill. However, we make no warranties regarding:

    • Specific business results or outcomes
    • Uninterrupted or error-free service
    • Compatibility with all systems or platforms
    • Future performance or market conditions

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the project agreement. In case of termination:

    • Client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date
    • Erpixo may retain work products until payment is received
    • Both parties must return or destroy confidential information

    10. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

    11. Third-Party Services

    Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party services. Clients are responsible for their own agreements with third-party providers.

    12. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.

    13. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
